Payout schedules seen extremely arduous to achieve.
Response from Elite Trader Funding
Thank you for your feedback. We understand that payout requirements can feel challenging, and we genuinely appreciate you sharing your experience. Feedback like this helps us continue improving our programs and overall trader experience.
(Update: I love how ETF responds to my comment as if I didn’t read how the payout structure worked… to be clear. I know that there’s been traders paid out. I’m saying they have rules that make it very annoying to get your payout and that is my feedback or review on the firm.
Response from Elite Trader Funding
Thank you for your feedback. All fees and payout requirements are visible prior to purchase and apply equally to every trader. Many traders have successfully received payouts under the same structure.
If something in the process was unclear for you specifically, we’re happy to walk through it privately. Please feel free to email us at support@etf.fund
I waited a long time before writing this review—long enough to give ETF every possible chance and long enough to completely exhaust my patience before moving on.
The question most people care about: Do they pay? Yes. I received a payout of $1,250. But that was after opening 51 total evaluations/resets/accounts.
In fairness, their evaluations are cheap, and that payout did cover more than I spent with them.
However, their rules are extremely strict and very difficult to pass. Passing an evaluation is already tough, but trading their funded SIM accounts is even harder. The rules don’t reflect real trading conditions—they’re designed to protect the firm from having to pay out while maximizing the number of traders who pay for evaluations and ultimately fail.
I genuinely gave the firm a real chance. I wanted to make it work. But the difficulty level of their rules just isn't worth it.
Support, to their credit, is very good. Emails were answered quickly and clearly.
I’m giving them 3 stars because I’m being generous. Realistically, they deserve 1–2.
If you're looking for a real chance to actually earn payouts, look at firms with better track records on Payout Junction known for consistent payouts.

Response from Elite Trader Funding
Thanks for your comment. We understand wanting to make a careful decision, and we appreciate you considering us. We’re always working to improve, and we’d be glad to have you take another look in the future.
Platform is great, great customer service with fast response. But the trailing drawdown moving with the highest profit, kills everybody, you can´t let your operation run with time.
Response from Elite Trader Funding
Thank you for the kind words! We're glad to hear you're enjoying the platform and our support. The trailing drawdown is designed to encourage sound risk management, but we truly value your feedback and are always looking for ways to improve.
I have been with Elite Trader funding for a few months now attempting to qualify for my $300,000 evaluation account. I cannot qualify my full experience until I pass my evaluation, but everything with them is better than expected and the answer all my questions and requests very quickly.
Affordable challenges, but I think there needs to be more of a comprehensive guide on what instruments to trade on Elite

The 23% rule is the worst feature of this prop firm. No one else does that. If you have an extremely good day (say, netting $10k profit), you account is essentially dead because you will have to trade another 9 days and produce at least 23% of that amount (i.e., $2,300) on every one of those 9 days.
Response from Elite Trader Funding
Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We understand the 23% rule can feel restrictive after a strong day, but it’s designed to encourage consistency and prevent one-off spikes from overshadowing overall performance. We truly appreciate your feedback and are always open to improving the experience.
Their customer support responds relatively quickly but don't hope for very meaningful and helpful answers. They are short, unhelpful answers that require a lot of going back and forth to finally get a answer to your question.
Elite Trader Funding has some of the best deals out there.. I'll give them that. Their Beat the Beast promo and sales are hard to pass up, and the evaluations are reasonably priced. But once you're funded, the consistency rules are brutal.
Having to hit 10 green days with each one being at least 23% of your highest profit day.. that setup doesn’t reward real trading discipline, it punishes it. I had days where I traded well, followed my plan, and made money, but they didn’t even count toward payout. It’s mentally draining and feels like you're set up to fail just trying to withdraw what you earned.
If you’re just looking to test your strategy cheap, this might work for you. But if you’re aiming for actual payouts and longevity, be ready for a frustrating experience.
nice firm but my trades did not update on my dashbord and dindt get the pass on it, but yesterday i passed it still no email or i just dosent understand something
Response from Elite Trader Funding
Thanks for sharing this. Sync delays can happen, but if anything still looks unclear, just email us at support@etf.fund and we’ll sort it out for you.
Response from Elite Trader Funding
Thanks for the honest feedback. We’re continually working to improve support speed and clarity, and we appreciate you pointing out where we can do better. Wishing you the best on your evaluation.
Look up their reviews on Prop Firm Match, they tell a different story.
Have cleared 3 accounts with ETF for a total of $300k. There are bugs in the platform that can be overcome via order automation with NinjaTrader, don't expect Tradovate to be perfect.
Their support team responds quickly but not to everything. Questions remain about how standardized the reset fee for funded accounts is, which is one question they have not answered. ETF does not publicly display that fee structure but they do for everything else.
ETF removes the trailing drawdown after the safety-net is hit, others do not. Their evals are also slower. ETF allows funded accounts to be reset once, many do not. ETF is also more expensive than competitors with the monthly account fees after qualification.
No prop trading firm is perfect, but I will do the right thing and increase the rating if they are honest when I reach payout. Too many one star reviews to have blind faith.
Response from Elite Trader Funding
Thanks for your detailed and honest feedback. We appreciate you highlighting both the positives and areas where we can improve. Your experience and insights are valuable, and we’re committed to transparency and continuous improvement. Wishing you the best on your trading journey! and we hope to earn that higher rating soon!
I like the Beast Challenge but I do not like your 10days active days rule.
Response from Elite Trader Funding
Glad you’re enjoying the Beast Challenge! We hear you on the 10-day rule and appreciate your feedback. Always looking for ways to improve! thanks for sharing!
There are consistent issues with either the Data Feed or the ETF Platform. When I reach out to Rithmic they say that because I am in an evaluation, I have to address all issues to ETF; ETF says that it is a Tradovate issue. I have failed two Accounts to, at least, due to either the Platform or the Data Feed ADDING to my Position when it should have closed the Position. Tonight being one of those instances while trading ZB. The Company SEEMS to be legit, by that I mean they are not in the News for questionable practices like other Prop Firms. Perhaps that is because they don't have the Market share other companies do; in any event, my concern is the consistent issues with either the Platform or the Datafeed. I don't care which is causing these issues, my concern is my waste of time and money attempting to abide by the Rules of the Evaluation and it seeming that there are unseen obstacles placed in order to assist with failure.
Response from Elite Trader Funding
Thank you for your feedback. We’re unable to identify your account from this review. If you’d like clarification or a review of your concerns, please contact us at support@etf.fund
The firm always hands discounts to its users though they always delay you getting a payout. The firm is great and always offers support if you are in need.
Response from Elite Trader Funding
Your feedback really inspires us to keep improving. We genuinely appreciate your support!
I was looking forward for my account to renew on the 12th that’s what it says on my Dashboard. that’s a whole day of me not trading now I have to wait for 24 hours after Market is open.
Response from Elite Trader Funding
Hi,
The account only renews at the time it was purchased. Please allow ample time, and it will renew.
Scam scam!!! This is my worst experience with prop firms. They would end up blowing your account or find a reason not to approve your payouts when your make a request. Avoid them like a plaque and do not buy any accounts from them.Never had any losses on others like-Morewins. 24/7 payiing.
Response from Elite Trader Funding
Thank you for your feedback. We understand your frustration, but we want to clarify that our policies are in place to ensure a fair and structured environment for all traders. Payouts are processed according to specific criteria, and if those criteria aren’t met, it may result in delays or rejections.
We always encourage traders to carefully review and follow our guidelines to avoid any issues. If you believe there was an error in how your situation was handled, please feel free to reach out to our support team for further clarification.
We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best in your future trading endeavors.
Im still in a challenge and my impression is that there is a bad overview and transparency about the rules that just give me a bad impression. Each rule is found in a different place of the information available and sometimes very confusing. I dont know if it is because they are very unorganized with how they display their information or it is on purpose. For example the audit of trades is a very subjective way to make someone fail and there is no clear explanation of what is not accepted. I can imagine they use any excuse to make you fail through this. The Trailstop Drawdown for example can only be checked in Tradeovate through the activation of an additional tool. But on their website there is no overview. The way this TSL moves its very suspicious, as I end days in Plus but still losing over 1k of TSL, even though I try to follow myself a TSL for my positions that do not go above 1k and crash. So this is all very suspicious. The account in general works well and I believe I will pass the challenge but I am expecting to have troubles because of the rules.
Prices are too high for the good accounts which are any that does intraday trail stops you.
Response from Elite Trader Funding
We’re always evaluating ways to improve our offerings and remain competitive, and we appreciate your input. If you have any specific suggestions or needs, feel free to share with our support team—we’d love to hear them!
Im putting 3 stars because the price for any accounts is really affordable for everyones but one thing I didn’t really enjoy is the dashboard when i wanted to see my stats, if you guys could upgrade the Dashboard in a way were we could saw more details about our journey it’ll be perfect
Response from Elite Trader Funding
Thank you for your valuable feedback! We appreciate your suggestion regarding the dashboard, and we're always looking for ways to improve the user experience. We'll certainly take your input into consideration for future updates.
I started trading in June 2022, since then I have been using ninja trader, his 02 years of experience as a trader does not allow me to say that I am experienced, on the contrary I am still trying to find out more about trading, experience the most important thing I can say is that trading is a discipline, you need to be disciplined especially in terms of risk management. Thank you for welcoming me to ATF, I'm still new.
Response from Elite Trader Funding
Thank you for sharing your journey and insights about trading! We’re thrilled to have you as part of the Elite Trader Funding (ETF) community.
Very good prices and sales on evaluations but the continued trailing draw down is a setup for failure. All evaluation trailing drawdown should end at starting balance not trail into profit
Response from Elite Trader Funding
Thank you for your feedback. While we provide competitive prices and frequent sales on evaluations, our trailing drawdown policy is designed to promote disciplined, risk-conscious trading. Ending the drawdown at the starting balance could encourage overly aggressive strategies, which may not align with sustainable trading practices.
Our goal is to help traders build a strong foundation for long-term success, and we believe the trailing drawdown supports this objective.
Honest review, for account set up 5stars for prices of evaluation with promotional discounts 5stars but for failing account because of failure to closed a position(s) before market closed is really bad, what is the excess of drawdown if it is an issues to the company then why not implement auto Close mistake do happen one can easily forget or you are not around to close your position. I hope the company will look into it. With so many unnecessary rules it becomes so difficult for traders and causes so many mental brake down.
Response from Elite Trader Funding
Thanks for your review, but let’s be clear: the responsibility to close positions before the market closes is a fundamental part of trading. Implementing an auto-close feature is unrealistic and would completely defeat the purpose of managing risk and accountability.
So far ETF has been good with its customer service support where at times they have helped with payment problems as well as account errors that have happened in the time i have done evaluations. at this current moment i have passed an evaluation and have done a few days worth of trades in a simulated funded account. I have made sure to rate this a 3/5 until i can confirm whether this prop firm can payout. If they confirm that the bad reviews on this site is true and they start making excuses/making false accusations or refuse payouts then this will immediately become a 1/5 rating otherwise they will earn the 5/5 rating
Response from Elite Trader Funding
Thank you for your thoughtful review. We're glad to hear that you've had a positive experience with our customer support so far. We understand the importance of the payout process and value your patience as you move forward in your evaluation.
We aim to be transparent and fair in all our dealings and are committed to providing reliable payouts to all eligible traders who meet the requirements. Should any issues arise, we encourage you to reach out directly so we can address them promptly.
We appreciate your balanced feedback and look forward to working with you toward a successful outcome.
I have had several days of no response from EFT support on tickets I submitted for multiple issues. Not sure what was going on, as of today I finally got a response and that was only through going to discord were I was able to connect. I have never had this kind of issues before with them it has been very challenging. We were able to communicate with another email hopefully going forward, I hoping to never have this issue again.
I read Firm's reply to one client who says he made 600k profit but it was denied by firm for payout, Reason : Martingale strategy. I am new to your firm, not yet signed up. But want to sign up. Your 50k account says, I can hold 8 minis or 80 micros at a time.
Will i be allowed dollar cost averaging ?
Will I be allowed to add trade mini / micro to add on to loosing position ?
I am writing this because, the rule for 50k account says i can hold 8 minis or 80 micros at a time.
Please clarify. Thanks

I OVERLOOKED the obvious RED FLAGS and now I'm paying the PRICE. For more THAN TWO WEEKS, I've been STRUGGLING to WITHDRAW MY PROFIT SHARE. They cited a SYSTEM ERROR, falsely claimed I didn't MAKE any PROFIT, and then went SILENT after sUbmitting all the REQUIRED INFORMATION. These SCAMMERS took ADVANTAGE of me when I could have been FLOURISHING and reaping SUBSTANTIAL RETURNS using tender offers where PAYOUTS are made PROMPTLY. Their live chat SUPPORT are always AVAILABLE to HELP.

Great customer service with very fast replies. It’s also very good to have TradingView integration. With cheaper challenges compared to other prop firms the trade off seems to lie within the trailing drawdown evaluation rule relative to the maximal profit even when the trade is running. It’s hard to monitor this by eye and is what I would suspect as the main reason for failed challenges including myself - you simply can’t logically say the challenge is reflective of a real trading environment because of this rule. Partials are also not permitted which is a bit cheeky to be honest. Just something very important to note which ETF do make you aware of however; overall a good experience and a prop firm to look out for nonetheless.
