10/10 Customer Service
I'm currently doing some fast track evaluations this morning and platform and website have been great. But I really have to outline the outstanding customer service, and I cannot stress this enough.
This morning I accidentally bought the wrong size account at full price $295, and it was a clear error on my part as I'm doing the Fast Track Evaluations. I reached out to customer service pleading my case to at least convert the accounts into the equivalent number of Fast Tracks - I wasn't expecting this request to be granted either.
Lo and behold, 15 minutes later they issued me a full refund, at best I thought it would happen on Monday
It's just stellar response and customer service and am looking forward to continue working with them in the future
