I can't say enough positive things about my experience working with ETF. Their support is top notch, and always has a "side with the customer first" approach. When there were platform errors and exchange issues (outages outside of ETF that affected trades), ETF was extremely responsive and proactive about making things right.
ETF may not be the lowest cost prop firm out there, but because the the high quality of service and support, I will gladly stay with them over any other prop firm.
