I had a problem with contracts. So i contacted the ETF support, and then they got back to me with. "The order quantities of your trades last night started at 4 for 2 positions, then 1 for 2 positions, then 2 for 3 positions. It is up to the discretion of the Payroll team to approve or deny payouts based on trading behavior. The best thing to do is avoid that practice in your future trading." Så i kindly messaged them back with an respectfully message, and they understood the situation and didnt even think about it anymore. I have never tried Futures, but i would recommend this firm to anyone new in the game!
