Customer service is very good and has resolved all issues I've had that have come up in the past. My only critique is that sometimes they don't read the email I send when there is an issue. I always include in detail what the issue was and I'll get an answer that's unrelated to what I've written about, like they didn't read what I've sent. I then have to resend to explain the problem again. Eventually, they get it and are always helpful. Also, It seems the new reward system has made it harder to earn a free reset of an evaluation. I have to spend much more money to get the points. To be fair, this just started and I have to see how it will actually work out
