ETF support team proves solid

ETF support took care of my silly awkwardly complex issue. Not sure it was their fault, could happen to anyone and I'm sure we all learned a little pothole that anyone could fall into was there... They provide clear effort to update us on things like upcoming reoccurring bills (after a free coupon account, later a bill if left not cancelled.). My issue was a letter missing from my email so I didn't get the update via email!! But alas we fixed this and look forward to trading. Happy hunting, traders!
