ETF Takes Care of Their Customers
I had an issue with data latency via Rithmic and was disconnected while trading. After quickly figuring out what happened, I was able to log in to Rithmic’s mobile app and close out my trades. I took a substantial loss but took a chance and reported the issue to Elite Trader Funding. Even though it was 100% not their fault, they reset my account for free! It is nice knowing there are prop firms out there like ETF that AREN’T trying to pull a fast one and DO want take care of their customers.
