Exceptional services and support (Great prop firm to work with)

I've been trading with ETF for over a year now. I blew up one of my Elite Funded accounts and by accident used their one time reset code for 50% off on Elite Funded accounts on an eval ( my mistake for not paying attention) and with that blowing up my chance to get the discount on the Elite Funded account reset. I worked with their support team for a couple of days, they did not disappoint, they honored the code they fix it (gave me personal code) even so I could use it on the Elite Funded account reset.
This is what I call exceptional customer and support services.
I love the company and their support services (discord and email).
