Follow the rules and you will get paid. I can confirm that I’ve had two successful payouts with ETF. My first payout request got denied due to DCA on a losing position which is one of their rules. I was told to trade an additional 8 days to request another payout. I was eventually able to get my first payout after this. Support and payroll team have been helpful when I had issues with my RISE account. What I like most about this firm is they review payouts Monday through Friday and their payout schedule is consistent unless there is a holiday. I also really like that you can earn reward points for buying their evals so if you earn enough points you can purchase an eval for free. At first I was very skeptical with trading futures whether these payouts were real or not. I’ve tried multiple firms and I have to say that ETF is by far best experience I’ve had. My biggest advice is be patient, and follow the rules and you will be golden.
