I was denied payout in March 2025 and my 2 sim funded accounts closed immediately, ETF support reached out recently to explain what happened and came up with a compromise.

If you want to just practice trading on evaluations , they have some great deals but read the terms and conditions. 23% consistency of your highest profit is not easy and you have to do it over 10 days. Once you get there, they will deny your payout. I have spent thousands on evaluations and when I request my payout... denied. They claim that my payout was denied for using a VPN... When I wrote in for clarification... nothing. Stay away and use other firms.

Update :
ETF explained what happened and why they denied my payout. The reason given was one instance of using a VPN for a trade ( out of perhaps more than 100 other trades) . I usually turn my VPN off as i hate the lag on tradovate but might have forgotten. It is my fault and i paid the price of a 4k payout denial (2 withdrawals processed together) AND immediate account closure as I had broken their rules. Did i break their rules? I probably did but one infraction to close my account and deny my payout is a little harsh i feel but thats just my personal opinion. Anyway, support reached out and gave me the explanation, they were unable to rectify what was done previously but were generous enough to come to a compromise of giving me 2 direct 2 funded accounts. A small consolation prize but it does give me more opportunities to practice trading, afterall trading is difficult, IF i can get to payout i will update everyone on whether ETF pays. Fingers Crossed!
