Liquidated my account twice - UPDATE: ETF fixed
Paid for 3 funded/elite accounts, and had traded the balance 6k+ the minimum balance +100 but they liquidated my account twice even though I was above the minimum balance, and had confirmed with them that I would not be liquidated for an EOD loss. Asked them to reset my account, but they said they would not even though this was an error on their end that happened TWICE.
UPDATE: I reached out to the admins on the Discord server and was able to have a good conversation last night with them. I am very appreciative that they listened to my concerns and in the end they were kind enough to agree to reset my funded accounts so that I can start fresh. I really appreciate them working with me, hearing my concerns, fixing the issues, and know that they do want to help traders. Thank you to ETF for taking care of this issue for me. I hope that no one else in the future has this issue of an error account liquidation.

We're very sorry you were unhappy with our service. In this case, we worked with you to rectify the issue. It was only after legitimately failing that we had to liquidate your account.
