Massive loss of funds after connectivity issues

Today, I have been trading my Elite Account (100k) and in the last hour of trading, I ran into connectivity issues with Tradovate (TradingView).

I have contacted Customer Service about the issues I have been experiencing. I explained to them that I had issues with buy/sell orders. The orders were massively delayed. The Customer Service told me to start using Tradovate instead of their TradingView plug-in because of the issues there were.

They have not offered any kind of help on retrieving the funds lost due to the delay. I am really disappointed with the way I was treated. I heard great things from my friends about ETF but I did not see these in my experience.

Edit: My issues have been fixed by an anonymous member of ETF Customer Service. Massive appreciation towards them. I have amended my review to 5 stars for their services. Thank you.
