Top Tier Firm (like all prop firms READ THE RULES)

I've been using ETF for around 2 years now and my experience has been solid overall. For those wondering, yes they DO payout however you have to mindful of the rules they have in place. I suggest looking them over to make sure it fits with your style of trading. Customer support and their discord are excellent for getting clarity on something in question. Also, make sure where your trading from is eligible as VPNs are not allowed. ETF gets a 4/5 from me. Some cons I experienced are that some information is vague on the website/not easy to understand for example having to make your drawdown first then profit after that amount is when you can request a payout. It's simple when explained correctly but can be confusing if not seeing it explained in the discord. I believe this is where most of the scam allegations come from which is just lack of clarity but the info is available and there are ways to get your questions answered. Customer support I did have a slight hiccup with specifically the payroll team. I remember waiting for a response for a little over 2 weeks. I thought they forgot about me but they did answer eventually. I had already received my payout so I wasn't worried about it but if someone's payout is held up for whatever reason I can understand how uneasy that can feel. Another "flaw" is the added rules, seems like over the years they get slightly stricter like going from the 40% rule to 23% and eliminating the amount of funded accounts you can have down to 3. However the reasons for these changes do make sense from the company standpoint as they are targeting consistent profitable traders. It just sucks as a consumer seeing that restriction get tighter but long as your trading strategy is solid the rules shouldn't affect you too much. Overall the money I put in towards my futures journey paid off. If your completely new I suggest looking into a sim account first before buying evals. Evals are decently priced but can add up quick if your failing a lot so practice first before jumping into an eval.
